An example of this would be the giant American WarMachine. The government says we need all these weapons to protect America.They do not say wh o we need protection from. In fact there really is no one weneed to be protected from. The Soviet Union is no more than and the rest of theworld is already years behind in technology. Then why do we spend billions ofour dollars on weapons.
